I’m Oliver Vikse. I’ve spent over 10 years at the centre of one of the UK’s fastest-growing charities. Andy’s Man Club went from a handful of men in a room to a national organisation with hundreds of groups, thousands of members, and a team operating across the country.
Behind that growth was a constant challenge: how do you keep things running properly when everything is getting bigger, faster?
I was directly involved in answering that question. Choosing the right tools, building the right processes, and making sure the infrastructure kept pace with the mission.
Now I bring that experience to small businesses and charities at the start of their growth journey.
